Again, we do. The number of women with studies, that go to university and have careers is increasing. Interesting how you ignore that.
But marriage and children are not "long-term goals" anymore. Some women might want that, but it is not the priority, neither needed.
You come from the wrong premises about what women need and make them happy. That is why you think they'll regret their choices. But women aren't regretting their choices because they are happy with the outcome.
