And what if many of those journalist are quite mediocre or just not talented but got their position anyway just because they are white? I mean, in FO news many "journalist" got their positions only because they were able to just lie (they call ir "alternative facts"), not investigate or inform the public of the actual truth.

So someone pointing out that, might be uncomfortable to you, but fair enough. I think you call discrimination to not being unfairly favoured. You are so used to be given unfair advantages, that to you, competing on equal foot feels like being discriminated. Sad.
