As you said, men aren't pulling their weight at home. Feminism hasn't achieved this yet. And you can consider this a failure, but achieving change is difficult and the status quo were women did everything was from previous societys that have the support of religion (both christian and islam) opposing this specific change. Religion are the ones saying that women should do all the domestic chores and caring, saying that men doesn't have to make the same choice that women do between family and career. Telling women that they should sacrifice, etc.

So yes, feminism failed to overcome that obstacles.
