She took responsability by having the child. She was coherent with her choice of no contraception and took responsability by going through a pregnancy and giving birth.

But of course, what you meant is that women should know what men want and put all the means for men to get their way. That she should have cared that he didn't wanted to become a father and prioritize his wants by using a contraceptive even if she might wanted to get pregnant or didn't mind. And since he didn't wanted a condom, that means hormonal contraceptive for her, that it has a impact on her health. All so he can have sex without condom and not become a father.
