Children are asked to do chores as vacuuming, cleaning or putting their own dishes on the dishwasher. Usually it takes 5 minutes to teach how to do it.

While I have no problem with learning those things (and I did), if you want to compare them, you should also consider that cleaning is boring and burdensome, not difficult. Hell, some people like to do the electrical or repairing things the same way some people enjoy cooking. Very few people enjoy scrubbing toilets.

You don’t need that much knowledge to know how to put dishes in a dishwasher.

Also, while people usually eat three times a day and need to cook as many times and wash the dishes that many times, how many times a day do you need to fix the car? a month? a year? Amount of effort is way different. And let's be honest, many men send the car to a mechanic (and that is a perfectly valid solution). Same with plumbing and electricity work.

Not all chores are the same. Things that are done daily and are needed for survival (cooking and cleaning) should be learned and done by everyone, not just women. Or at least acknowledge as a nice thing that someone is doing for you, not taken for granted.
