Considering that there are plenty of articles explaining the things we don't like and are disrespectful, I would say that if you don't know is because you chose to believe what other men tell you while ignoring what the women you want to like tell you. Hint: what you call "flirting" might impress other men, but if it is not working with women, then they didn't like it. Not rocket science.
