Couple of ways:

1. Don't complain about "too many women/blak/gay/minority characters/writers or whatever", because they are balancing things out.

2. Don't claim that women "owe" men for inventions/whatever. You might even become interested on what women did.

It is not that we expect going back in time. But when now we do use our voices, it would be nice if men won't complain about we talking too much. Specially when we are not even at 50%. And this is now, not the past. Sure, things would take time to even out, but if men complain when we try to do that, it would take even longer.
