Dear, look at the marriage stats, 67,54% of men are married. While you probably want to claim that all those men are "perfect" (and in your eyes men never do wrong XD), chances are that most of them are "average".
People only need to open their eyes to see plenty of couples around. Couples where both of them are "average", not supermodels or super rich. That is why being single is hard for people who doesn't want to be single, because there are couples everywhere reminding them that they are single.
But it is perfectly logical to prefer to be single than being with the wrong person. Because if you settle for the wrong person, when the right one comes along, you might miss it. After all, the right person might not want to get involved with someone who already has a partner.
But I guess that if it was up to you, you would bully women into becoming Stepford wives. XD
