Each person finds different things attractive. I also like someone respectful, but I also need a few more things. I need good conversation or I would get bored fast. I also like people who paid attention to what is said and details and use it latter to continue conversation or have little details with you. Sure, a minimum phisical attraction is needed, but I have no problem with a guy having some belly or being bald. So the muscle thing is not necesary. On the other hand, taking care as in being clean, healthy and not smoking is. I could continue but the point is that every person has their list.

For me, the kind of men that call themselves "alpha" are a hard NO because I find them controlling and boring as hell. They hinder my own growth instead of helping me to be better and restrict my freedom, wich is suffocating.

And there are more women like me. So sure, you can do whatever other men recommend you to get the "babes". Maybe it would work, who knows? But there is not a method that would work with everyone and I'm not sure that there is enough "babes" for all the "alpha".
