Except when it comes to body integrity. Then, they deny pregnant people the right to freedom or to chose what to do with their lives.

Or when it comes to borders, no freedom for foreigners.

Or when it comes to marriage, where only one kind of marriage is universally recognized.

Then you have euthanasia, where you have no freedom to chose over your own life.

I can go on. But the point is, your definition of individual freedom have a lot of exceptions. Same for the "equal civil rights".

And then you have the obvious fact that what the law says is not always true in practice. For example, according the law, a poor person has the same civil rights, on practice, a rich person could pay better lawyers and get away with very serious crimes. So Brice Turner only served 3 months for raping a woman (he was sentenced for 6 months) while a poor black men might be sentenced for years even if falsely accused.
