Hahaha, that always has been too much to ask. But as I said, the franchises and adaptations migh be financing more risky projects like the one with the werewolf or what if. Or even completely new characters and plots.

My suggestion is that you take a look at indie and B films. Those are the ones that might give you that. Mainstream plays safe. Just saying.
