Healthcare is not free in all countries. And even in countries where we have public healthcare, the paid time off for maternity leave is scarce. There barely are economic help for new mothers even if children are expensive. Women still are fired for being pregnant. And I could go on. So what od you call "help"? Because what we actually see is that most teen moms never finish their studies. Women who work might be fired or their contracts not renovated. If they have permanent contract, they are relegated to less responsibility and no promotions. There are not enough public pre-schools so they depend on grandmas...
And if the child happen to have health problems, you better be in a country with public healthcare or you'll face huge medical bills that might ruin the family.
Don't delude yourself, women who want children face a lot of challenges and are expected to make a lot of sacrifices that aren't expected of men. So tell me, what do you consider "help"? In which countries?
