"High value" is just something some people call themselves. I mean, some people might find them attractive and other people think they aren't interesting at all.

Being attractive is subjetive. I mean, the same person could be very atractive to a group of people and completelly unactractive to others.

The self proclaimed "high value" men might only want beautiful women and don't care about degrees. Then some of those beutiful women might like them back or not at all. And some of those women might have degrees.

Not just that, the women with degrees might want a completelly different men than the "high value" ones.

Dating is messy. Degrees might not guarantee that someone like you, but they can make you interesting to some people too.

What success brings you is resources and freedom to choose based on your preferences, not on your needs. You don't need to date or marry to survive, so you could "afford" to only date people you like. That's it.

Fiction is the art to tell lies to show truths. Politics is the art to use truths to tell lies.
