I completely disagree with this. Men face plenty of challenges. Just not the same than before. They face unemployment, they face frustration, rejection, needing to be up to date in technology changes to not become unemployed, housing crisis, wars, famine, racism, homophobia... And being poor still sucks for everyone.
We have plenty of technology and people still die of treatable illness because they have no money. I would say that is a challenge. Big one. And might be worse if the affected person is a loved one.
By the way, women face the same challenges. Somethings are universal. Technology brings riches that could be used to solve some of those challenges, but it is not enough. We do need a cultural shift so the people with the technology use it for that.
