I laughed.
My father likes to go to the gym even if he is old now. He has had both strong abs and a big belly. Apparently, when you are fat and have a belly, developing muscles under the belly make it stand out.
The thing is that some men made fun of my dad. Until he started press benching, because being fat also means strength. And my father works out daily.
Point is, some people is polite and would treat you well, regardless of your body type. Other people is obsessed with having a body that looks nice, but disregard everything else: manners and even being actually strong and/or fit.
In a way it is lucky that the "muscle bros" and the "fitness ladies" like each other. They can make each other happy while the rest pair up with people who value other things.
My father found friends at the gym and keeps going. The "muscle bros" eventually leave once they get older. Age catch up with everyone. XD
