I might be wrong, but I think that most men can identify gold diggers easily. Since they have prenups and can simply refuse to pay for dates and other things, there is already an effective way to avoid them.
To be fair, many women do critizice gold diggers. But since men can easily deal with them using prenups and spliting the bill, I think they are a minor problem.
I do find more problematic someone who would look at your phone or stalk your social media, since that is not so easily solved. I've seen both men and women do this. And while women usually write about men doing those things to them, what they write could also be applied to women who do that.
I mean, even if they don't explicitly say "women can do that too", articles that describe toxic behavior are helpful for men too. At least that is my take.
