There are some common ideas on those groups. For example, both groups believe that women owe men sex, that they are inferior and are quite homophobic.

Anyway, MRA's is a big group and you probably can find the ones who create movember to highlight men's health issues and the ones who complain because they can't hit their wives anymore. And some MRAs would be both. People is complex and have many layers. Groups of people reflect that.
