Nothing is sure and not being lonely at old age is never assured. That applies to women too. The young phillipine women "who would show you love at old age"? Either she is desperate and pretending (which is fair of them) or a fantasy. Just hire a caretaker. Or be nice to someone so they actually care about you. Who know, maybe some male nephew since you don't like women. They can also care for you.
