You don't sound as if you really want to be challenged, you sound as someone who wants to prove he is the only one who is right, but that doesn't even put a minimum effort on researching the premises that are used in their arguments.
Neither I've seen data or information that support your theory. You might not want whatever links others have provided, but you are providing none.
The pictures with women working the fields are from national geographyc. But there are plenty of documents, articles and information on this. Women worked at factories during indsutrial revolution. And children. It is easy to find historical documents on this. And they specifically talk about pregnant women. Pregnant women did physical work.
So here goes another theory about why men wanted to control women: because you always know who is the mother, but not always who is the father. Control of women was about men wanting to know that the children were theirs. Not new, not mine. But at least not debunked.
