If someone leaves a baby at your door, you are expected to call social services and they would pick it in a few hours. You won't even be expected to feed it.
To follow your example, if a child that needs a kidney to survive is leave at your door, you won't be expected to donate your kidney. Or blood. Or marrow.
So the woman should be expected to have the fetus for nine months and leave the fetus use her body. The reason you refuse to see how it is slavery is because since you can't get pregnant, for you the body of the woman "disappears" of the equation. You don't see it as something that affects her health and body and you assume that the fetus has a right to use that body. That is what is implied in your words. Yet, if someone leaves a baby at your door, you wouldn't even be expected to feed it.
Also, you talk about morals, your morals that you want to impose on others. But not on men, since they aren't expected to donate blood or marrow even if a child dies due to no compatible donnors available. Funny how it is all about the fetus until is born and might need something from a man.
