I'm not sure. While you seem a cool guy, many women want to have their own work, and 50/50 finantial burden 50/50 domestic chores. That works for me. Both of us travel, both work long hours, we hired someone to do the domestic chores we hate. XD

My point is, you are right for expecting more, but you might want to show your other qualities besides your finantial success. After all, if many women are attracted to what you can do for them, it might be difficult to differentiate them from the ones who actually like you for who you are. And the ones who are attracted for what you can do for them, would stop if you stop doing that for them.

In my case, we understand each other, share interest, can be at ease together. We don't need to pretend or hide parts of us (like being nerds XD). It is not about being liked by many people, but by one: your partner.
