I'm unsure of what you mean by "tribe" in this context. But the way I see it, trans women are women the same way cis women are women. Both subgroups create the group of women. while trans men are not women (but maybe you consider part of your tribe anyway). Usually the same person belongs to different categories. Some people are heterosexual, other homosexual, other asexual, then you have engineers, mothers, fathers, etc.

At any point a person can belong to several groups and depending on context that would be relevant or not. But for me the concept of "tribe" doesn't feel useful today. Each person makes individual decision. They might reach agreements with other people. Some of them implicit once you chose to be part of a society. But that is about it. As women, neither of us is obliged to anything beyond what men are obliged (follow the law and be respectful to others) and only as long as we choose to be part of a society. That is about it. Everything else is a choice we make. Including what societal norms we support. To put an example, I don't support societal norms or traditions that say that a woman should be submissive to her husband.

Fiction is the art to tell lies to show truths. Politics is the art to use truths to tell lies.
