It is coherent of people to vote the candidate that shares their values (or is closer). Values are reflected in the policies that are made. Hence, voting the candidate with more feminist policies is coherent, regardless of gender.
A woman who would promote inequality and is sexist, is not a coherent choice for feminists. And sure, women might not be feminist and vote non feminist candidates. We are aware.
To be more precise, I think that if you ask feminist what is more important to them, recover their right to body integrity or having the fisrt female president, many would tell you that ensuring body integrity is more important. That is basically the choice you are proposing.
