It is fair if you want a lower body count, but it is not biology, it is a personal preference that not all men share. In fact some men prefer experienced women. So own your personal preference.

What feminist consider rightly a double standar is that a men with a high body count is a "stud" while a women is considered a "slut". At the end of the day, if you want a low "body count", you should have a low body count. Even by your own false narrative about biology, it would mean that you want to left unnatended many children which is really terrible for those children. For the women is bad, but for the children is terrible.

So you want a low body count? Start by telling other men to not sleep around. Then the feminist would consider you coherent with your values. ;)
