It is going to be bad before it gets better. But the first step is stop wasting resources on things that you know won't work. For example, some people think that being nice to them might make them treat others better, when in fact they take for granted being treated better. That was why Trump said that "we would come together..." when he won even if two days before he was calling feminist all kind of names. He still expected feminist to play the "dutiful wife". And that is why many conservatives feel agravated when young women refuse to "give them a chance". They feel entitled to endless chances and their compassion (lately they keep asking compassion for men by feminist, go figure).
Well, instead, you can use that effort on protecting yourself. For example, if 3 judges lied under oath, then couldn't be sued? I mean, theoretically that is a crime. And then you can start looking for malicius compliance of their laws. I mean, if you look for the most common causes of natural abortion, stress and contamination are there. So you can go ahead and sue contaminating companies for causing natural abortion and if they are in texas, ask for 10.000 dollars for suing such companies. Overwork for a pregnant women? sue. A car that produces too much contamination? potential danger for a phoetus! A hospital that ask for health insurance before treating a pregnant women? It is collaborating in a potential abortion! Be creative and use the same tools they have created thinking that you would never stand so low.
And of course, since Roe vs Wade was about privacy, conservatives no longer are entitled to privacy either.
Yes, they rely on progressives not using that against them. But maybe it is time to let them know that laws apply to everyone. For example: if gay marriage is no longer admited, why not target religious marriage? I mean, I'm sure some people find it unnatural and offensive...
Also, there was that "no taxation without representation". If the majority feels that the supreme court doesn't represent them, should they pay taxes? As you point out, the system is based on compliance, but there are plenty of peaceful ways to protest. My suggestion is an strike on domestic labor. Specially the care for free of older and bigoted relatives. Let them pay money if they want caring.
