It is not irrelevant. It is precise. You want to call embrios and phoetuses "unborn babies" in order to make a false equivalency. Talk about embrios and phoetuses takes the debate back to what we really are talking about, embrios and phoetuses, not babies. The problem lies in the false rethoric that is being pushed.
