It is terrible advice that would make women miserable. Girls hear advice like this since they are little, but while is great for man, it is awful for women since they would date someone they don't really like and that is not even good. They would be presure to ignore their instincts, the red flags and play the role of good wife and the "reward" is not even something that would make them happy, since the type of relationship would be one where she is expected to be submisive and always sacrifice for him.

I received that advice. Thankfully, I didn't completelly followed. But what I regret is not the things she says are "short term", but the oportunities to live that I lost for not completely trusting my own instincts and follow my dreams intead of terrible advice like this.

I resent this type of advice not because is good, but because I already know is terrible. And I'm not the only women who writes about the bad consequences of following this type of advice.

She followed her advice, turned out bad. No conservative would admit all the situations where this advice hurts women.

I guess for you it would be better to think that I'm one of "those sluts" who sleep around and regret it. But it is the opposite, I regret waiting so long to be free. And I don't regret when I finally started living for myself and not what others expected. And now I'm quite happy with my life.

This woman would ruin many young women's lives, but she won't care as long as men are happy.
