Me neither. But I've seen plenty of articles about men and conservative women complaining about "poor men" not being allowed to catcall, pester women at bars and so on.

Interesting enough, the conservative women who complain about "men not flirting" are already married. So they basically want the rest of us to suffer. And when I point out that most of the things that the men like the author consider "flirting" would have been considered rude back then, then just bable poor excuses.

It is not about flirting, is about some men being idiots. I mean, this goes beyond harassment and goes directly into dangerous delusions.
