Men like David Bowie show that some women like androgynous men. They find them hot. Then you have new versions like Timothee Chalamet, with softer features. Or Harry Styles in a dress. all of them are examples of women finding hot men who won't follow the traditionally "strong men" stereotype.

So cis and trans women can find attractive men for different reasons than "being protectors". We are not "biologically programed".

I think some people mix different things in ways that they don't make many sense. I mean, a "men in a dress" might be a drag queen, or maybe just fooling around sexually, or maybe just want to look good in a dress. Or McMardigan in Willow XD.

Sure, transphobes might say that about transwomen, but as you point out, transphobes usually are also misogynist who think that cis women only look to reproduce and for men to "protect them". So we would have to keep repeating the obvious, you are a woman wearing a dress, not a man. And women wear dresses for all kind of reasons (like being more fresh in summer XD).

At the end of the day is about their insecurities.

Fiction is the art to tell lies to show truths. Politics is the art to use truths to tell lies.
