My friends and I keep our tinder profiles not to find new boyfriends, but to look if the ones the single ones/started dating ones are using theirs.

So if a guy tell a friend that “he keeps his account but he is not using it” some of the others slide right the guy and see what happens. If the guy answer back and star hitting on one of us, she would know he lied.

I guess it is a matter of time this practice became common. XD
