My take reading between the lines is that the black men who support Trump (about 20%) value the transphobe laws and the sexist laws more than the antiracism. Basically they are willing to endure racism as long as they can be transphobes and sexist (probably homophobes too) without repercusions.

Even the story about the young aunt who was well the night before but suddently dies hints at domestic violence because is suspicious as hell. His take is that after the suspicious death, since they expected to never see the nephew again, they should not bother about the supicious death of the aunt and just take the small gesture of seeing the nephew once a month... To me that is quite disturbing, but also eye opening about the values of some people.

And sure, democrats are racist and sexist too. But I don't think that the solution is becoming even more sexist.
