No. Grading system are neutral. Boys and men know what they need to do to achieve results: study hard. Turn in the assignments. Attend class. Many boys and men do that and get good results. And it is what companies look for in theur hires: people that work hard all the time, not just before an exam. That is the point, the grading has change to catter to companies.
