No they are not. If it was true, they would be expected to "settle" because they don't want to become "spinster". And to prioritize relationships over work, since as we all know, their career is secondary to their partners.

The list you include there is your list, not women's list. A man can fulfill all those requirements and still fail to seduce a woman if she happens to want an equal partner and he is sexist. That is, she might not have a single one of your requirements but have "not sexist" as a non negotiable requirment for a partner. Then he would add another sexist item on the list to just not accept the fact that it was his sexism what disqualifies him insted of looking for other women who might have that list.

The problem is not that women have long list, is that people aren't paying attention to what they actually want. Neither are willing to accept that if a man is unemployed, maybe he needs to compromise and accept the housemaker role instead.
