No, we are not looking for a men who can lead with strenght, or intelligence or any other quality. We are looking for a partner who see us as an equal and is willing to discuss things, reach agreements and respect us to take our own decisions.

No wonder why there is a problem. You keep seeking ways to lead in the relationship instead of walking at the same pace. Women keep expecting reciprocity after they concede things and that reciprocity never happens because in the man's head, "he won" or "she follow his lead" so is ok. No it is not ok and women reach a point were if the man is "leading" and never ever following her, they just let him walk by himself. After all, if he wants to chose his path without taking into consideration what path wants the woman go, why won't just let him be on his own? He has proved he is not a partner.
