Not really. In Europe Tesla has lost part of his market reach because his nazi salute that he claims wasn't a nazi salute. Sure, manipulation can achieve result, but I won't be so sure about his personal brand not being damaged.

The people who support him are the same extreme wing racist that would support him anyway.
