Not really. Women are assumed by men to have that list of requirements. But in practice, the woman migt want to be respected and treated as an equal, reject the man for being sexist and the man think it was because he took her to a cheap motel.

Or the woman might want a one-night stand where only looks matters and don't care at all about how much the man makes. But then never want to date again because from the start she only wanted a one night thing and they aren't compatible personality wise. Then the man would decide it was about money or other things, not about just being a one time thing.

There are as many reasons for things to not work out as people. Many times a "list" is not that long, just specific. After all, findind someone who gets your humor sense is not always easy, regardless of other qualities that person has.
