One question, when you pick up those women, did they know that you mansplain feminism? Is that your pick up tactic? XD

It is perfectly possible that some of those women are feminist that would look at you in a different light if they knew.

Also, family tend to overlook things. That is, the women in your family might love you but roll their eyes at some of the sexist things you do. Or even not being happy but putting up with it because they love you. Feminist are people, you know? XD
