One thing that people can do is lie to those apps. For example, men can download and add fake information there. Women can start adding false pregnancies. If enough user data is trash, it would make there analysis less realiable. And if religious fanatics pay for it, they would be paying for trash. Even better, send them after women who have never been pregnant but pretended in the app to be. That way they won't be paying attention to the ones who actually are.

They do have limited resources too. We have to start thinking how make them waste them. Play as dirty as them.
