Or boring as hell. I mean, this is basically working in corporate. But then again, there is only one person at the top. And social mobility is very limited. So I would say that the problem is the model itself. If you believe that only those at the top have "make it", most men would end angry and frustrated because most men aren't getting there. It is a pyramid and most would end at the base.
