Repeating the same lie over an over doesn't make it true.

Women have different tastes. You can easily see that just by looking around. There are lots of couples that doesn't follow the pattern you describe. Also homosexual couples. And many times, the "bad boys" get a bad reputation and are basically discarded by all women who know about their reputation. Which leads to plenty of complains by men who fancy themselves "alphas".

Not to count all the women who rather be single than with "bad boys".

If it was in our DNA, there wouldn't be so many women who pass on the "bad boys" (also called asholes). And men would say to our faces all the "locker room talk" because they won't need to put on an act to get dates.

Let's face it, men like you encourage other men to act like asholes because if they don't, then you won't stand a chance. And it is already happening, women date nice guys while the "bad boys" call them "beta" or any other derogatory term to put them down and presure them into sabotaging their relationships. But it won't work, because many men are secure enough to not need all the childish mindgames like negging.

That is why all these "advice" is failing to improve men's dating lives. Remember: if you follow his advice and you don't get more dates, is because it is bad advice based on lies.
