I'm not sure if you realize that what you are implying is this. Because "being overpowered" can happen anywhere, including your own home.

No, the way that woman can be safer is to held accountable the men who attack us and the "enablers" who are the men who minimized the violence or say that women should act this or that in order to not be attacked. Because no, there is no behaviour that would keep you safe.
