But I would be careful with that, because it could backfire. I mean, if people start believing that we live in a matriarchy, they can start favouring women as a result. Since people tend to be nicer to people that they believe in power in the hopes of doing better for themselves.

Not that your claim is very believable in a world with way higher rates of women murdered by their partners, raped and abused. But there are always gullible people, I guess.
