The actors disney "cancelled" or fired, were cancelled because people didn't liked them and stopped watching. Not supporting something or someone you don't like, is not a ban. You seem to think that regressive people are entitled to support by the poeple you call "woke" and that they should watch what you tell them in order for those actors to keep being profitable and Disney not fire them. But with films and other media it doesn't work that way. Disney didn't fired Chris Prat because even if he is conservative he is profitable. They fired Gina Carano because she stopped being profitable. It is that simple. But there was no ban. If conservatives had watched the show in enough numbers for disney to make cash, she wouldn't have been fired. There has been plenty of cancellations in other shows that you would call "woke" like Daredevil or Hulka. Yet, we aren't saying that conservatives are "cancelling" shows, are we? We complain about literal bans that make that even people who would read or watch something, won't be allowed to do it. That is the difference even if you don't like it.
What you mean by The liberal side can end this "war" is that you want liberals support for the things you like. You expect them to patiently watch and listen what you want them to watch and listen. To spend their money on thing that they don't like so the things you like keep being profitable. Meanwhile, you would keep baning the things they like so they don't even have the chance to see and listen to them. And of course, you won't return the favor by listening, watching and spending money on the things liberal like. You would spend money on baning those things so liberals can't have them. Well, liberals have find another way to deal with this: walk away, stop listening to non sense, stop wasting their time with conservatives and taking care of themselves instead of keeping giving endless opportunities to people who would never do the same for them. And now conservatives complain and cry about liberals not "being liberals". Sorry, but your real grief is that no longer the young liberal woman is sacrificing to care for an old conservative relative that mocked her when she asked for free healthcare. The women aren't sacrificing their careers for marriage and children that the men want but are not willing to care and raise. And they would keep walking away because they are tired of conservatives not listening, mocking them and treating them badly while denying that they are doing that. We've been there, at those family dinners full of abuse and are done with that.
I get it hurts to be told that liberals won't put up with that anymore, that they don't like at all what conservatives have to offer and doesn't think that the sacrifices that conservatives want for them are worth it. But that is how it is. If the things that you want them to listen are insults and abuse, well, they don't have to be nice to you to "keep the peace", they can simply walk away.
If you want liberals to listen, well, conservatives can end the "war" by stopping the abuse and actually doing something to punish the worst offenses among the conservatives. But conservatives are so deranged that they don't even see the violence in literal murder or an assault to the capitol. That is how bad it is. Of course liberals won't listen to lies and insults, it is a waste of time and they have nothing (good) to gain by doing that.
Think about this, if liberals told you that burning churches is ok, burn your church and then tell you that you have to listen to them about how burning your church was the right thing to do and you should be grateful for that, that of course you can end the war by "just listening" but whenever you try to explain why burning your church was wrong they became abusive, shout or even getting violent, would you listen or walk away?
Well, there you go. Liberals already know your talking points, they know the lies that are told and that conservatives keep repeating. They have no need to keep listening to that. And they are not going to change their minds as you would want them to do. They also know that you won't listen or change your mind. There never was a conversation, just conservatives preaching, lecturing and ranting. But before women and men were forced to listen and put up with that, now they can walk away and they are doing so. Be thankful that unlike conservatives, they aren't banning books, films or other media. Not even the blatant lies.
