The thing is that the idea that feminity is supposedly passive and that certain traits are "femenine" or "masculine" is a construct. We do know that courage exist both in men and women. Courageous women aren't masculine or less femenine for being courageous. So why some people think being courageous define masculinity? Narrative and perception. That is why setting yourself appart, you are saying that what you are is not femenine, when in fact it is femenine just by virtue of you being a woman. The way you are is your take on feminity and is a valid as the other takes.
