Then he wasn’t paying attention. If it is about helping people in need and extrangers, there are plenty of people who need help. It might not be obvious, but from people who die of hunger, to the ones on the borders, the ones who are old and lonely, woman beaten to death in their homes, people who become ill and have no insurance, people who need blood transfusions… The list is longar that I can even think of.

So maybe becoming a priest should mean that you shouldn’t need an obvious call for attention. Just a thought.

Although I guess that no one can think about people in need all the time. But he is tested on character as much as any other. No need for “dramatics”, life is hard enough without that.
