They don't like hypotheticals where the life of a baby depends on a man donating blood or marrow. That is "different". You see, the life of a baby is no longer the concern because there was no sex.

Or the idea that for a fetus to develop healthy they should pay more taxes in order to offer free healthcare.

Not the stats on children that die because there are no free healthcare for them.

At the end of the day it all comes down to "consequences for sex" (if you are a woman). That is what they actually care and why they don't really appreciate discussing real life situations. Because it never was about life.
