This is a directly strawman. At that time what you have is a planned birth. Having said that, if a woman finds out that she is pregnant at 6 weeks and you deny her the abortion and force her to continue the pregnancy, then she would ahve to endure 9 months of unwanted pregnancy. So, yes, while women who want to abor as soon as posible, forced pregnancies still last 9 months that those women would have to endure. Plus forced birth that is one of the most painful experiences. All of that, forced.
But people like you don't usually think in those 9 month, not on the pain from birth, because if you started thinking that, then you won't be able to keep feeling good about yourself while forcing someone through this.
Modern medicine is not magic, and I want to point out that is not free. And one of the reasons maternal death has lowered is because complicated pregnancies are aborted. Then again, I guess that if the woman dies, we'll get "thoughts and prayers" and plenty of nice words.
