This is disrespect, because the reason people are hired is their skills. And they are usually hired by an HR team not a man who is looking for someone that he finds attractive. By saying this, you are basically negating all the effort that goes into having a good CV. In fact, the outperforming in academics might have a lot more to do with that. And performing in academics is the result of putting effort in that. So maybe men should take the clue and study harder.
