Tinder has an algorythm that influence and schew results. Since what they want is for you to spend money on their app and not find something long term, they ensure that you won't find a right partner.

Also, they force that the women you see are younger, with worse vocabulary (less education level) and try to force the model you talk about. The women aren't show all the men either, but the ones who are older, supposedly earn more, etc. So women won't be able to swipe right on a men who is younger and makes less money because it won't even show up for her.

So if you want to use dating apps as data, you at least should know that it is schewed data, since they have influenced results by not showing you (or women) all profiles but only the ones that fit their model. And the women who aren't happy with that, simply leave the apps. It is a self selected sample.
