And we are criticized not just for our work, but when we do well, men tend to say things like "she got the job because she is sleeping with the boss/quotas/both". And we prove that we do in fact are good and deserve the promotion, then we are the "exception".

Funnily enough, things like blind auditions increased the number of women at orchestra and blind interview processes increase the number of women. When you start using SLA's and KPI's, women performance is suddenly "better". Yet, the problem is feminism pointing this things out and giving data about this things.

Sure, there are women who are bad workers. But those women don't last.
